Global Catalog Product Exposure

Global Catalog product exposure

The Products page shows which products received the most Shopify Global
Catalog search requests during a selected completed-day period.

This page reports search exposure, not product ranking, impressions, clicks,
or guaranteed availability in any specific AI assistant.

Choose a date range

Open the Range filter and select 7, 30, or 90 days. On the Free plan, only
7 days is available. AgentWatch uses only
completed days and compares the selected period with the immediately preceding
period of the same length.

Examples:

  • A 7-day view compares with the previous 7 days.
  • A 30-day view compares with the previous 30 days.
  • A 90-day view compares with the previous 90 days.

Understand the table

  • Product: the latest stored Shopify title and product ID. Select the title

to open the product in Shopify Admin.

  • Shopify status: the latest stored product status, such as Active, Draft,

or Archived.

  • Search requests: total Global Catalog search requests in the selected

period.

  • Previous period: percentage change from the preceding period of equal

length.

  • Last seen: the most recent completed day on which AgentWatch stored a

product exposure record.

On the Optimize plan, two more columns appear:

  • AI-referred orders: orders for the product that Shopify credits to an AI

channel. Unavailable means sales could not be confirmed for every day,
not that there were none.

  • Data score: the product's score from 0 to 100, or Not audited yet.

See Product opportunities.

Products table on the Optimize plan with AI-referred orders and Data score columns

The table contains up to the 20 products with positive search requests for the
selected period, or the top 5 on the Free plan.

Search for a product

Use the search field to filter the loaded table by product title or Shopify
product ID. Search does not query or modify the Shopify product catalog.

No comparison

No comparison means the previous period had no valid positive baseline.
AgentWatch does not display an infinite or misleading percentage increase from
zero.

No product data

An empty Products page can mean:

  • The store had no product-level Global Catalog search activity.
  • Shopify returned a valid empty result.
  • Analytics have not been synced yet.
  • Shopify analytics access is unavailable.

A zero or missing search-request value does not prove that a product was
removed from Global Catalog. Check the Health page and the product's actual
status and publication settings in Shopify Admin before drawing a conclusion.
