Troubleshooting
Customers don't see the password page.
Password protection is turned off. Turn it on in your Shopify admin under Online Store > Preferences.
My email address, phone number, or social icons don't show.
They come from your theme settings. Add them in Theme settings > Email address and phone number and Theme settings > Social media.
The text is hard to read on the background image.
Raise Mask overlay opacity, or change the Mask overlay and Text overlay colors under General.
The badge Accent scheme, Position, and Shape settings don't appear.
In Blum 3.9.0 these badge options can stay hidden in the Content block, even after you enter a badge Text. Contact eComX support if you need to change them.
I can't add a second Content block.
The Password page section holds 1 Content block.
