Blum Reset Password Page

Theme: Blum · Section type: Template section (Customer account pages)

The Reset password page is where customers choose a new password after they forget the old one. They reach it from the password reset email that Shopify sends.

Note: This page is used only when your store uses legacy customer accounts. If your store uses new customer accounts, Shopify hosts the customer account pages and this theme template isn't used. You can check which version your store uses in your Shopify admin under Settings > Customer accounts.

Troubleshooting

The reset link doesn't work anymore.
Reset links expire. The customer can request a new link with Forgot your password? on the Login page.

The customer didn't get the reset email.
Ask them to check their spam folder and to use the same email address as their account.

The button on the Login page says Send, not Reset password.
Send is the button in the Forgot your password? form on the Login page, which sends the email. Reset password is the button on the page that opens from the email.
