# Blum Account Page

**Theme:** Blum · **Section type:** Template section (Customer account pages)

The Account page is where signed-in customers see their orders and manage their addresses. It is made of three customer templates: Account (the order list), Order (the details of one order), and Addresses.

> **Note:** These pages are used only when your store uses legacy customer accounts. If your store uses new customer accounts, Shopify hosts the customer account pages and these theme templates aren't used. You can check which version your store uses in your Shopify admin under **Settings** > **Customer accounts**.

**What you can do**
- Open the account templates
- See what customers see on the My orders tab
- See what customers see on the My addresses tab
- Look up every setting
- Fix common problems

---

## Open the account templates

1. In the theme editor, open the template menu at the top and select the **Account**, **Order**, or **Addresses** customer template.
2. In the left sidebar, click the section of that template.
3. Under **General**, select a **Color scheme**.
4. Click **Save**.

Each template has its own Color scheme, so set the same scheme on all three for a consistent look.

## See what customers see on the My orders tab

- **Top of the page:** the heading "My account", a "Welcome back," message with the customer's name, and a **Log out** link.
- **Tabs:** **My orders** and **My addresses**.
- **Order list:** a table with the **Order** number, **Date**, **Payment status**, **Fulfillment status**, and **Total** of each order, 5 orders per page. Customers who haven't ordered yet see "You haven't placed any orders yet."
- **Order details:** clicking an order number opens the Order page. It shows the order date, each product with its **SKU**, **Price**, **Quantity**, and **Total**, a tracking link when the item has shipped, the subtotal, discounts, shipping, tax, and total, and the **Billing Address** and **Shipping Address**. **Back to orders** returns to the order list.

## See what customers see on the My addresses tab

- **Address list:** the customer's saved addresses, 5 per page. The default address is marked **Default**.
- **Add a new address:** opens a form with name, company, address, city, country/region, province, ZIP code, and phone fields. **Set as default address** makes it the default. **Add address** saves it.
- **Edit:** opens the same form for that address. **Update address** saves the changes, and **Cancel** closes the form. **First name** and **Address 1** are required.
- **Delete:** removes the address after the customer confirms "Are you sure you wish to delete this address?".

## Settings reference

### General (Account, Order, and Addresses templates)

| Setting | What it does |
| ---- | ---- |
| Color scheme | Sets the colors of the page. You can edit color schemes in Theme settings > Colors. |

## Troubleshooting

**Customers see a different account page than the one in the theme editor.**
Your store uses new customer accounts, so Shopify hosts the account pages. The theme's Account, Order, and Addresses templates are used only with legacy customer accounts.

**An order doesn't show a tracking link.**
The tracking link appears only after the item is fulfilled with tracking information in your Shopify admin.

**The color changed on the order page but not on the address page.**
Each customer template has its own **Color scheme**. Set it on the Account, Order, and Addresses templates.
